Rihanna’s Latest Fragrance ‘Rebelle’ Breaks Records! The Fastest Selling Celebrity Perfume

Rihanna’s dominance in the UK has been steadily growing since her debut in 2005, but sprung into acting when her hit single “Umbrella” spent more weeks at No.1 than any song that decade. Rihanna continued to show star power when her LOUD Tour sold out a record 12-dates at London’s O2 Arena back in 2011. Well, it looks like the UK not only loves Rihanna’s music, they also love her scent.

Rihanna’s perfume ‘Rebelle’ is doing exceptionally well in the UK and has now become the fastest selling celebrity fragrance, outselling Britney Spears’ (Midnight Fantasy), Jennifer Lopez’ (Glow), Beyonce’s (Heat) and even Victoria Beckham’s (Intimately Beckham for her) in the notoriously competitive celebrity fragrance chart.

Women obsessed with emulating singer Rihanna have pushed sales of her perfume Rebelle to the top of the bestseller list in the UK. Since being released in February the fragrance has sold over 2 million bottles and is expected to sell a record-breaking 4million by the end of the year.

At the launch in February Rihanna said: ‘My new fragrance is about taking control but still being a lady. There’s a feminine, romantic element to the fragrance – but there’s also a defiant quality in it. I love its duality.’

  1. It is as it should be. With Rihanna’s exceptional talent and charm, it only stands to reason her triumph over other celebrity lines in fragrance and success over all others. After all, la creme de la creme always rises to the top.

  2. Yes it is!! I’m wearing it right now and has been for awhile. I always get compliments when I wear it. Rihanna you did it with this one. I love the fragrance and I love you as an artist!!!!
